This Privacy Policy of Loomis Armored U.S. LLC (“us,” “we,” and “our”) describes the information we collect about you when you access our website at https://www.loomis.us/ (the “Site”), enter into agreements with us, use our services and products, send us communications, or otherwise engage with us, and what we do with such information. Any references to Loomis Armored U.S. LLC in this Privacy Policy also refer to its wholly owned subsidiaries. This Privacy Policy covers all of our services and products and all methods by which you may access our Site.
SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy is applicable to all Personal Information collected by our Site (“Personal Information”). YOUR RIGHTS
In connection with the accessing, browsing of the Site and using the services, you shall be entitled to exercise certain rights laid down by the GDPR, CPRA, similar privacy laws and the policies outlined herein, however exercise of some of those rights may not be possible in relation to the Site and services taking account of the services’ nature, manner, form and other applicable circumstances. We will honor this request subject to the range of exclusions permitted by law. We may require verification of your identity before further processing your request. In certain instances, we may be permitted by law to decline some or all of such request.
PROTECTING CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Even though our Site is not designed for use by anyone under the age of 16, we realize that a child under the age of 16 may attempt to access our Site. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child is using our Site, please contact us. Before we remove any information, we may ask for proof of identification to prevent malicious removal of account information. If we discover that a child is accessing our Site, we will delete their information within a reasonable period of time.
